Manual Book of Green Banana Peeling Machine

Green banana peeling machine is an advanced machine to replace artificial manpower peeling, which filled the gap in this field at home and abroad. This equipment design and structure could greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost. The device is one position type, and can according to customers’ demand to increase positions.

Usage

1.Fixed the equipment with the wheel braking at the bottom of the equipment；

2.Link the power cord (with ground wire, so as to avoid leakage) to the breaker of the electrical cabinet, and then close the breaker；

3.Open the “SCRAM BUTTON”，and press “POWER”，the equipment star；

Pull the Motor Switch to observe the motor positive and negative going motion(P2) and make the marks；

4.According to P3，Put the banana into the feeding inlet and star to produce；

5.After finishing the using，Put the Motor Switch in middle position, close the POWER button, and be off the breaker；

Note: after using the equipment everyday, please wash and clean the peeling knives everyday, or could not use nest time.

Control button instruction：

“Power LED”: Power light. When user connects power wires, close “the breaker”, then this light on.

“Emergency”: Motor power control switch.

Note: When machine is not in usage, please press this button. When you need to change positive and negative direction, please press this button, and break motor power, then to change.
